Working principle of planetary reducer

Planetary reducer is a kind of power transmission mechanism. It uses the speed converter of gear to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the desired number of revolutions and obtain a larger torque. Its working principle is as follows: the inner ring gear (A) is closely connected to the gear box housing, the center of the ring gear has a sun gear (B) driven by external power, and a set of three planetary gears (C) are equally combined on the carrier between the two; when the input side power drives the sun gear, it can drive the planetary gear to rotate and revolve centrally along the track of the inner ring gear, finally, the planetary low-speed revolution motion is output from the output carrier. Planetary reducer has the characteristics of light weight, small size, large transmission ratio range, high efficiency, stable operation, low noise and strong adaptability. Usually, the reduction ratio below 10 is the first-level reduction, and above 10 is the second-level reduction, with a total speed ratio of 100 Below. It is widely used in packaging, printing, cutting, gluing, filling, assembly line and other automation equipment.
