What should be paid attention to in the installation and maintenance of planetary reducer?
The installation and maintenance of planetary reducer need to pay attention to the following points: Maintenance: Regularly check the oil level and oil products of the reducer to ensure that the oil quality is clean and the amount of oil is sufficient. If you find impurities in the oil or the color becomes darker, you should replace the new oil in time. Pay attention to the operating temperature, noise and vibration of the reducer. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time for inspection. For example, excessive temperature may be caused by poor lubrication or overload operation. Regularly clean the dust and oil on the surface of the reducer to maintain good heat dissipation conditions.

1. Gear type hydraulic motor Structural features: It is composed of two or more gears, which are driven by hydraulic oil to rotate. Advantages: simple structure, low cost, small size and light weight. Disadvantages: large speed and torque ripple, relatively low efficiency. Application scenarios: It is often used in simple machines that do not require high speed and torque accuracy, such as the slewing mechanism of small cranes, fan drives, etc. 2. Vane type hydraulic motor Structural features: The rotor is equipped with blades and rotates in the stator. Advantages: uniform rotation, low noise, small size. Disadvantages: large leakage and relatively low volumetric efficiency. Application scenario: It is suitable for occasions with high noise requirements and relatively uniform speed, such as auxiliary rotating motion of machine tools, plastic machinery, etc. 3. Plunger type hydraulic motor Structural features: through the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder to achieve rotation. Classification: including axial piston type and radial piston type. Advantages: large torque and speed range, high efficiency and high precision. Disadvantages: complex structure and high cost. Application scenarios: Widely used in large-scale construction machinery (such as excavators, cranes), ship propulsion systems, aerospace and other fields. 4. Cycloid hydraulic motor Structural features: the inner ring gear and the outer cycloid gear match. Advantages: small size, light weight, large output torque. Disadvantages: low speed. Application scenarios: mostly used for agricultural machinery, small construction machinery, etc. For example, in the slewing system of large port cranes, due to the need for larger torque and higher accuracy, the axial piston hydraulic motor is usually used; and in some small agricultural irrigation equipment, due to the cost and volume requirements Higher, the cycloid hydraulic motor may be a more suitable choice.
