What should be paid attention to in the installation and maintenance of planetary reducer?

2024-07-20

The installation and maintenance of planetary reducer need to pay attention to the following points: Maintenance: Regularly check the oil level and oil products of the reducer to ensure that the oil quality is clean and the amount of oil is sufficient. If you find impurities in the oil or the color becomes darker, you should replace the new oil in time. Pay attention to the operating temperature, noise and vibration of the reducer. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time for inspection. For example, excessive temperature may be caused by poor lubrication or overload operation. Regularly clean the dust and oil on the surface of the reducer to maintain good heat dissipation conditions.

Common hydraulic motor types

Common hydraulic motor types

2023-01-16

1. Gear type hydraulic motor Structural features: It is composed of two or more gears, which are driven by hydraulic oil to rotate. Advantages: simple structure, low cost, small size and light weight. Disadvantages: large speed and torque ripple, relatively low efficiency. Application scenarios: It is often used in simple machines that do not require high speed and torque accuracy, such as the slewing mechanism of small cranes, fan drives, etc. 2. Vane type hydraulic motor Structural features: The rotor is equipped with blades and rotates in the stator. Advantages: uniform rotation, low noise, small size. Disadvantages: large leakage and relatively low volumetric efficiency. Application scenario: It is suitable for occasions with high noise requirements and relatively uniform speed, such as auxiliary rotating motion of machine tools, plastic machinery, etc. 3. Plunger type hydraulic motor Structural features: through the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder to achieve rotation. Classification: including axial piston type and radial piston type. Advantages: large torque and speed range, high efficiency and high precision. Disadvantages: complex structure and high cost. Application scenarios: Widely used in large-scale construction machinery (such as excavators, cranes), ship propulsion systems, aerospace and other fields. 4. Cycloid hydraulic motor Structural features: the inner ring gear and the outer cycloid gear match. Advantages: small size, light weight, large output torque. Disadvantages: low speed. Application scenarios: mostly used for agricultural machinery, small construction machinery, etc. For example, in the slewing system of large port cranes, due to the need for larger torque and higher accuracy, the axial piston hydraulic motor is usually used; and in some small agricultural irrigation equipment, due to the cost and volume requirements Higher, the cycloid hydraulic motor may be a more suitable choice.

How to choose the right hydraulic motor according to the work demand?

How to choose the right hydraulic motor according to the work demand?

2018-07-28

To choose the right hydraulic motor according to the work needs, you need to consider the following key factors: 1. Workload characteristics The size and range of the load: If the load is large and stable, such as the lifting mechanism of a large crane, it may be necessary to use a plunger hydraulic motor because it can provide a large torque. If the load is small and changes frequently, such as some small automation equipment, gear or vane type motor may be more suitable. Inertia of the load: For systems with large inertial loads, it is necessary to choose a motor with sufficient overload capacity and cushioning performance to avoid impact and damage. 2. Speed requirements Required operating speed range: If high-speed rotation is required, such as the spindle drive of some processing machines, it may be necessary to choose a motor with better high-speed performance, such as vane type or axial piston type. For low-speed and high-torque applications, such as winch drum drives, radial piston motors may be a better choice. Speed stability and accuracy: some of the speed accuracy and stability requirements of high occasions, such as precision indexing device, need to choose superior performance variable motor, and equipped with accurate speed control and control device. 3. Working environment Temperature and humidity conditions: When working in high temperature, high humidity or harsh environments, it is necessary to choose a motor with good protection and sealing performance to prevent hydraulic oil from deteriorating and component damage. Space constraints: If the installation space is limited, you should choose a small, compact motor model. 4. System pressure and flow Pressure and flow provided by the system: The performance of the hydraulic motor is closely related to the pressure and flow of the system. It should be ensured that the selected motor can work normally within the given pressure and flow range of the system and achieve the expected performance indicators. Stability of pressure and flow: If the system pressure and flow fluctuate greatly, you need to choose a motor type that is adaptable to pressure and flow changes. 5. Efficiency and Economy

How to extend the service life of hydraulic motors?

How to extend the service life of hydraulic motors?

2015-09-11

1. Correct selection According to the working load, speed, pressure and flow parameters, select the appropriate specifications and types of hydraulic motors. Ensure that the performance of the selected motor can meet the job requirements and avoid overload or underload operation. 2. Keep clean Ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. Use high-quality filters, check and replace the filter element regularly to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system and wearing the internal parts of the motor. 3. Regular maintenance Carry out maintenance according to the specified time interval, including checking the wear of seals, bearings, connectors and other parts, and replacing damaged parts in time. Check the quality and level of hydraulic oil, and replace the hydraulic oil regularly. 4. Control the oil temperature Maintain a suitable working oil temperature, generally between 40 - 60 ℃. Too high or too low oil temperature will affect the performance and life of the hydraulic motor. Install effective cooling and heating devices to control the oil temperature. 5. Avoid shock and overload Avoid sharp speed changes and shock loads when starting and stopping. Reasonably design the working process to avoid the motor overload for a long time. 6. Install correctly Install in strict accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the installation position of the motor is correct and firmly fixed, and the connecting pipeline is free of distortion and stress. 7. Monitoring operation status Regularly monitor the operating parameters of the hydraulic motor, such as speed, torque, pressure, temperature, etc. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine in time for inspection, find out the problem and solve it.
